    ‘Fed Has Gone Too Far’: Tenth Circuit Rules Fed Can Lawfully Turn Away Crypto Banks | Law.com

    The Federal Reserve can lawfully turn away crypto banks seeking access to its payment system, a federal appeals court ruled Friday, siding with the central bank’s discretion to protect the financial system and deny so-called master accounts to high-risk institutions.
