Nobu Opens in Rome
Nobu has finally landed in Italy. The brand’s three main stakeholderz, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Meir Teper and Robert De Niro, marked the occasion with a sake ceremony, this week in Rome’s Via Veneto.

Each of the hotel’s 117 rooms channel the brand’s trademark minimalism, including a three-bedroom Nobu Villa, home to its own rooftop terrace overlooking Via Veneto. Outside of the suites, amenities include a spa with a marble pool, sauna, steam and treatment rooms, as well as a rooftop terrace for cocktails and a Nobu restaurant. Expect all the classic dishes with, allegedly, a few Italian twists for good measure.
