Mirakl is introducing its first brand advertising campaign with a holiday film made entirely by artificial intelligence (AI).
The advertisement serves as a statement about where the company sees ecommerce headed and how it intends to compete. Mirakl produced the 60-second spot, “Santa Quits,” with AiCandy, an Australian AI-only creative studio. The film uses a humorous storyline of Santa walking off the job to underscore a business message: most established operations need modern, AI-powered infrastructure to keep up with rising expectations.
Mirakl’s entirely AI-generated ad campaign
The campaign arrives as the industry accelerates toward agentic commerce, in which AI agents independently discover, compare and purchase products. Mirakl said the film is meant to highlight Mirakl Nexus, its platform designed to support those emerging workflows.
“This campaign represents a milestone for Mirakl … we chose to create a 100% AI-generated film because we don’t just talk about innovation, we embody it,” said Hugo Weber, vice president at Mirakl.
The ads will run worldwide through the 2025 holiday season across LinkedIn, YouTube and programmatic channels targeting business, technology and retail audiences.
AiCandy built the spot using models such as Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, Seedance, Suno and Topaz. Weber and Romain Séchan served as executive producers, with creative and production teams led by AiCandy.
Mirakl provides marketplace and dropship technology for enterprise e-commerce and is expanding its platform to support emerging AI-driven buying behavior.
