The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami, Reopens After $100m Renovation
The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne has reopened following a $100 million renovation, its first major renewal in nearly 25 years. Set on 17 acres of beachfront, the redesign takes cues from mid 20th-century Miami and brings updates across dining, wellness, and outdoor spaces, including refreshed pools and new cabanas.
Six new beachfront dining and cocktail venues have been introduced. These include Luna, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant; Paralia, drawing on Greek and Turkish taverna traditions; and Stefano’s, which serves pizza poolside.
The renovation also marks the debut of The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Key Biscayne, a 30,000-sq-ft wellness space with 16 treatment rooms, including three couples suites, and a sensory spa garden with private cabanas. The spa will host a complimentary renewal ritual each morning and afternoon, focused on intention and grounding. Miami-based fitness brand Tremble will also offer reformer sessions at the hotel.
