Rapper and entrepreneur Sean “Diddy” Combs has asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit to order he be resentenced on prostitution-related crimes, arguing the federal trial judge wrongly considered acquitted conduct in handing down his 50-month sentence.
