Forget a castle by the sea. A residential masterpiece stacked with modern turnkey luxuries recently floated onto the market in Miami’s Bay Point enclave.
Dubbed Casa Moderne, the waterfront residence sits at the end of a private cul-de-sac in the exclusive gated community that’s housed celebrity couples such as Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova, as well as exes Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner. Six spacious bedrooms, a wraparound infinity pool, and private dock access are a few posh features of the newly built home. Luxury furnishings by Minotti and Fendi also come with the residence, which is the only one with a permitted rooftop terrace in the area.

The Lake Road address is currently listed for $29.9 million with Ana Teresa Rodriguez of ATR Luxury Homes Group at Coldwell Banker Realty. Luis García, CEO of Adonel Concrete, acquired the site in 2012 and it’s been on and off the market since 2016. The 6,361-square-foot abode set atop its nearly half an acre lot, however, was completed in 2023. Its master plan and design were developed by ATR’s Concepts team. The goal was to construct a home that “reflects modern elegance and timeless prosperity,” according to press materials.
Contemporary landscape design featuring breezy palm trees pops against the house’s wood-cladded exterior, where a backlit stone staircase leads up to the front door. Striking black marble features sits opposite a floating staircase in the entrance hall, where residents can break off into living and family rooms, plus the kitchen and dining area. Each space frames the outdoors with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and soaring 12- to 14-foot ceilings that allow natural light to pool in.

Italian marble floors trail throughout the abode, but they especially pop in the kitchen. A massive island with breakfast bar seating for seven anchors the space opposite chef-grade Wolf ovens and stoves. A walk-in wine cellar that holds over 500 bottles of vino separates it from the family room with a fireplace. Owners easily access the dining area, set beneath cove lighting, from the latter for sun-kissed vantages of the pool deck. The heated infinity lap with a Jacuzzi and outdoor living area with a pergola, bar, and barbecue area further accent the rear of the house, where the private dock sits behind a verdant green wall.

Back inside, drop ceilings and recessed lighting complement the second-floor primary suite with a private terrace and sweeping vistas of Biscayne Bay. Its serene en suite includes a freestanding tub, steam showers, and floating cabinetry, while the minimalist walk-in closet reflects Italian design influences via rich wood panels and modular components. Private balconies and bathrooms elevate the other bedrooms as well. Other highlights include an office and a six-hole mini-golf experience.
In a statement, Rodriguez calls the property a “gem” because of its location and amenities, and it’s “ideal for boaters who want to be a short ride to Biscayne Bay and buyers seeking a truly turnkey experience.”
