    As a holistic health coach, I’m always researching the latest health and wellness trends I see on social media—and more often than not, with a skeptical eye.  (FYI – just because your favorite influencer drinks undiluted ACV shots every morning, doesn’t mean you should, too). This year, my feed has been all about sleep: the importance of it, the sleep mistakes you may be making, products for a better night’s sleep, and more. 

    Since it’s Sleep Awareness Week, I thought it would be a good time to myth-bust my FYP’s most popular sleep hacks and share the ones I actually use and recommend to my clients.     Can sleep masks actually improve sleep? TL;DR: Yes! Light at night disrupts your body’s ability to produce melatonin (a.k.a. the sleep hormone), so covering your eyes can definitely benefit your snooze.
