Lisa Vanderpump’s next big venture promises to elevate the Las Vegas hospitality scene.

The reality TV star and entrepreneur has partnered with Caesars Entertainment to transform The Cromwell Hotel into The Vanderpump Hotel, set to open in early 2026.

“What an extraordinary opportunity to develop this iconic location into something unique, playful, and upscale. Hospitality has always been our passion, and our mission is to create something sumptuous with a unique atmosphere,” she said in a statement shared with Travel + Leisure.

The 188-room property, which includes 19 suites, will be completely reimagined by Vanderpump and her business partner, Nick Alain, through their design company Vanderpump Alain. Expect new bespoke furnishings, sleek lighting fixtures, and “sexy elegance,” per the release, mixed with comfort that reflect the vibrant energy of the Strip. Vamderpump will also curate the in-room amenities. Similarly, the hotel’s lobby will undergo a complete transformation along with an updated casino floor.

Vanderpump promises that the hotel will offer “something truly magical,” blending playful sophistication with the luxurious vibe her brand is known for.

“We’ve had a phenomenal partnership with Lisa, developing three very successful restaurants in Las Vegas,” Sean McBurney, regional president of Caesars Entertainment, said in a statement. “Now we get to take Lisa’s vision and creativity to the next level by transforming an entire hotel at the most incredible location on the Strip.” Since 2019, Caesars Entertainment and Vanderpump have launched three Las Vegas experiences: Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas, and, most recently, Pinky’s by Vanderpump at Flamingo Las Vegas.

The Cromwell, which currently houses Giada De Laurentiis’ Giada restaurant and Drai’s Beachclub, will continue operations throughout the renovation.
