The Wonder App aims to give suppliers real-time insights into RSA activity and improve sales efficiency. GigaCloud CEO Larry Wu says the the app will help suppliers train and motivate sales teams, offering “real-time visibility and tools to enhance salesforce performance.”
Apexis, doing business as Wondersign, will rebrand as Wonder to reflect its shift from a kiosk app provider to a broader retail support network.
Ashley Furniture Industries is the first major supplier to adopt the Wonder App. John Mask, executive vice president of sales and marketing at Ashley, said the app will enable more effective training and performance tracking across its retailer network.
The app includes a training library with product knowledge and sales techniques, supported by real-time performance tracking. Suppliers can monitor RSA activity and adjust support strategies accordingly. The platform features gamification elements like badges and trophies to encourage engagement and continuous learning. A points-based reward system allows RSAs to earn incentives for meeting performance goals.
Kaspar Fopp, CEO of Wondersign, noted that the app addresses the challenge of suppliers lacking visibility into RSA performance.
“The Wonder App provides actionable insights and targeted training, helping RSAs stay engaged and informed,” he said.
The Wonder App is part of GigaCloud’s broader GIGA IQ platform, which integrates B2B and B2C tools to support digital and physical retail operations. The app will is available on iOS and Android devices via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
