Jaggaer has a new chief product officer. Jon Lawrence will lead the company’s product strategy and development, focusing on improving Jaggaer’s offerings for e-procurement and B2B ecommerce.
Jaggaer’s platform, JAGGAER One, provides tools for managing the entire procurement process. That includes sourcing, contract management, purchasing, and payment.
The platform allows businesses to automate procurement tasks, analyze spending patterns, and manage supplier relationships. Additionally, it integrates with existing enterprise systems to provide real-time data and reduce manual work.

In e-procurement, Jaggaer’s system helps companies manage purchasing from supplier selection to payment. The platform supports contract negotiations, order processing, and invoice management. It also provides insights into spending and supplier performance using data analysis and artificial intelligence.
And in B2B ecommerce, Jaggaer allows companies to create customized product catalogs, manage complex order configurations, and automate purchasing workflows. The platform also integrates with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to streamline data sharing and reduce processing time.
Lawrence previously led product strategy at CBORD, a company that provides technology for supply chain and spend management. He has experience in product development, supply chain operations, and spend analysis. Lawrence said he looks forward to working with Jaggaer’s leadership team and customers.
Jaggaer has been providing procurement and supplier collaboration solutions for over 30 years. The company’s platform supports direct and indirect procurement processes across various industries.
