Last week, Legal Speak spoke with a legal audience of counsel, technologists, executives and industry professionals from multinational companies at Legalweek 2025. More than 6,000 of the biggest names in the industry gathered at the New York Hilton Midtown for the conference hosted by ALM Media and Law.com March 24-27.
During the gathering, co-hosts Cedra Mayfield and Patrick Smith celebrated the podcast’s 400th episode with interviews recorded live from the Legalweek Leaders in Legal Tech Awards ceremony. In addition to getting insights about ALM’s recent merger with UK-based Law Business Research from ALM CEO Bill Carter, the duo discussed reactions with ALM Senior Vice President of Content Gina Passerella and ALM Vice President of Innovation Vanessa Blum.
