Jonathan Greene, chief digital and technology officer, US LBM

Greene, who previously served as the company’s chief digital officer, succeeds Andrew Cambell, who held the role of chief information officer for the past two years. In his expanded role, Greene will oversee all aspects of US LBM’s technology platforms and systems, while continuing to shape the company’s digital strategy. He will report directly to president and CEO L.T. Gibson.

US LBM announced new chief digital and technology officer

US LBM offers a suite of customer-facing digital tools aimed at streamlining operations and improving service, particularly for professional dealers. These include a mobile app and online platforms that allow customers to place orders, access billing statements, track deliveries, and check product availability around the clock. The company also ensures accurate and up-to-date online product listings through synchronized product data, helping to enhance customer experience and sales efficiency.

In logistics, US LBM has implemented fresh solutions to support operational productivity and customer satisfaction, such as automated driver scheduling and mobile access to delivery timelines.

Greene brings experience from previous roles at Wayfair, where he led CastleGate Fulfillment, and from Bain Capital and Bain & Company.

US LBM is the largest privately owned full-line distributor of specialty building materials in the U.S., supplying products such as windows, doors, millwork, roofing, siding, decking, and cabinetry. The company operates through a national network of locally branded divisions, combining the scale of a national platform with local market expertise.
