Susman Godfrey filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration Friday, becoming the fourth law firm to challenge an executive order signed by President Donald Trump.
Susman Godfrey, represented by Donald Verrilli of Munger, Tolles & Olson, is asking a Washington, D.C. federal court to enjoin the executive order that was issued Wednesday and ultimately declare it unconstitutional.
