Completed just a few years ago, in 2021, the home is being sold by Kim and James Klotz, the latter of whom serves as the co-founder and president of FMSbonds, a leading municipal bond firm in the United States. Senada Adžem at Douglas Elliman holds the listing.

The most appealing aspect of the property may be its 125 feet of private ocean frontage, with the beach accessible by a wooden walkway from the backyard. If frolicking in the surf or deep-sea swimming isn’t quite your jam, don’t worry—there’s an infinity-edge pool, along with an oceanfront loggia, a summer kitchen, and several sun terraces meant to mimic the coastline.
Inside, indoor-outdoor living has been prioritized among the nearly 7,500 square feet of interior space. On the ground floor, a wood-paneled entryway leads you into the sweeping main room with a marble-encased fireplace to keep you warm on those rare chilly Florida evenings. There, you also have both formal and informal dining rooms, plus a sleek, monochromatic gray chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and custom cabinetry.
