BMW has recalled just 26 X3 SUVs from model year 2025 because their front brake discs may have been damaged during transport.
The company tells the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) that the brake discs may have suffered “damage in the form of heavy marks or cuts to the disc surface” during transport. The damage could affect brake performance.
Dealers will replace the front brake discs and brake pads to fix the problem.
As with all recalls, the repair is free.
