Mauricio Umansky has made quite a comeback.

    How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock and Bravo.

More than two months after breaking his clavicle in an Aspen skiing accident, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills dad blessed fans with a quick update on his recovery. And we have to say, it’s pretty impressive.

Mauricio posted a video of his recent workout session at Monarch Athletic Club in West Hollywood. The footage showed the real estate mogul’s circuit training, which included everything from medicine ball drills and box jumps to bent-over dumbbell flies and kettlebell swings.

“Working hard at getting the shoulder strong again,” he captioned the May 1 Instagram. “9 weeks since my accident. Let’s Gooooo.”

Mauricio Umansky breaks his collarbone in a skiing accident

Mauricio revealed his injury on February 14 after snapping a selfie from a hospital bed. The Mexican-born businessman informed fans he had broken his collarbone on the slopes and had to undergo surgery to ensure the bone healed properly.

“I feel so blessed to be taken care of by such amazing humans,” he captioned the photo. “Ski patrol, [paramedics], Aspen Hospital, you’re all the best. Broken clavicle.”

Mauricio later revealed his X-ray images and confirmed doctors had to install 12 screws and a metal plate to fix his collarbone.

Mauricio Umansky shares his post-surgery milestones

Since then, Mauricio has made huge strides on his road to recovery. Just weeks after his hospitalization, he returned to the mountains and hiked with his good friend Abe Issa. He shared the outing in an Instagram post that revealed his shoulder bandage.

“First hike post clavicle injury,” he captioned one of the snaps.

Fast-forward to late March, when Mauricio got the green light to resume skiing activities. He made his big return to the slopes alongside his daughter Alexia Umansky and her fiancé, Jake Zingerman.

“First day on skis since my accident,” Mauricio captioned a Story repost. “Epic day.”

Mauricio Umansky opens up about his rare blood disease

This wasn’t the first time Mauricio has opened up about his health. In his 2023 memoir, The Dealmaker, Mauricio spoke about his battle with neutropenia, a rare blood disease he was diagnosed with as a child.

“Incredibly, when I was six years old, after a visit to Boston Children’s Hospital for a regular blood test, the doctors told me I was cured and that I no longer had neutropenia,” he said. “It was a medical miracle that set the tone for the self-assured man I was destined to become. Still, the trauma of those six years took a mental toll on me and are completely blocked from my memory.”

Mauricio said his family was so preoccupied with treating his neutropenia that they failed to realize he was legally blind in one eye.

“What was so astonishing is that my blind eye had never hindered me,” he said. “Fortunately, as with every other hindrance I’ve encountered throughout my life, I’ve found a way to thrive in spite of it.”

Get a look at Mauricio’s recent trip to Stagecoach and his run-in with a former Real Housewife.
