Manhattan Associates Inc. has released Enterprise Promise & Fulfill, a new cloud-based application designed to improve order management processes for business-to-business (B2B) sellers using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

It intends for the application to address operational inefficiencies without requiring companies to replace their existing ERP infrastructure.

The software targets common fulfillment challenges such as limited inventory visibility, manual exception handling, and fragmented order orchestration. It provides functions for real-time inventory tracking, automated order routing, and customer-managed delivery options. Manhattan said it designed these features to work alongside existing ERP, warehouse, and transportation systems.

“Enterprise Promise & Fulfill is purpose-built to meet the growing demand for smarter, faster, and more transparent B2B fulfillment,” said Amy Tennent, senior director of product management at Manhattan Associates.

The application is built on Manhattan’s cloud-native platform. It enables integration across multiple systems. It also offers flexibility for organizations operating with a mix of legacy and modern technologies.

Manhattan Associates is a software company that develops supply chain and omnichannel commerce technology. Its cloud-based products are used by companies in retail, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics to manage inventory, orders, and transportation. The company is based in Atlanta and serves customers globally.
