The U.S. Court of International Trade on Wednesday blocked President Donald Trump’s “unbounded” tariffs on virtually all global imports.
Trump had used a national security law, the International Emergencies Economic Powers Act, to issue a baseline 10% duty on imports from nearly all countries, with dozens of trading partners singled out for even higher tariffs.
