A TikTok and Instagram content creator and influencer, Sydney Nicole Gifford, sued another content creator, Alyssa Sheil, accusing her of copying her beige aesthetic and vibe.
The parties reached an agreement late last night, and the case was dismissed with prejudice on Wednesday by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
