I Ran My Fastest 5K Yet Thanks to These Ultra-Cushioned Walking Shoes

There comes a time in every long-distance runner’s life when they, begrudgingly, have to run a fast and short 5K race. As a running coach and marathoner, I tend to avoid these like the plague, but when I got the opportunity to run the BAA 5K during Boston Marathon weekend, I couldn’t say no.
