    Antonio Paone, the president of Kiton USA and CEO of Sartorio Napoli, has been weaving his passion for fabrics, tradition and craftsmanship for decades.

    Born in Naples in 1972 into a lineage steeped in textiles—his father in fabric factories and his uncle Ciro Paone, who founded Kiton in 1968—Paone learned the trade at a young age. He began by sourcing fabrics across Europe and then became Commercial Director and, by 2004, president of Kiton USA. In 2017, he took over as CEO of Sartorio Napoli, another bespoke label under the Paone family umbrella.

    The Kiton U.S. boutique expansion (the brand has boutiques in Aspen, Houston, Las Vegas, Manhasset, Miami New York City and Palm Beach) is a living portfolio of craftsmanship. Paone himself is always effortlessly chic—in a classic suit, pocket square and luxury watch (he’s a keen Patek Philippe collector). Under his leadership, Kiton also sustains its High Tailoring School in Naples, ensuring that upwards of 80 percent of graduates continue as artisans in the business.

    Antonio Paone isn’t just a corporate leader—he’s the steward of a legacy. He ensures Kiton remains not only a global symbol of luxury, but a living museum of Neapolitan craft; not just a fashion house, but a guardian of heritage. It’s rare these days to find executives who don’t just sell a story—they live it, in every stitch and every store. Paone’s narrative resonates: a dedication to craft, an understanding of self-expression through style and a tangible commitment to legacy make him—much like his bespoke suits—the embodiment of understated, eternal refinement.
