After two decades of ownership, Elisha Cuthbert has decided to part ways with her home in L.A.’s Hollywood Hills, just above the Sunset Strip. The Canadian TV and film actress—probably best known for her turns in The Ranch, 24, and The Girl Next Door—has stuck a nearly $3.2 million price tag on the modestly sized digs, which are also available for rent at $12,650 per month. Jim Ostridge of Carolwood Estates holds the listing.
A blonde bombshell who graced her share of “hottest women” lists during the aughts and the wife of former NHL defenseman Dion Phaneuf, Cuthbert paid almost $1.65 million for the property in 2005, right around the time she starred in the cult-favorite remake of the 1950s slasher film House of Wax.

Tucked into the foothills behind the Chateau Marmont hotel and situated atop a street-level two-car garage, the pale gray stucco structure was built in the 1930s.
