As seen in the newly released Season 10 trailer, the upcoming episodes will not only deliver plenty of drama and unforgettable moments, but also more details on Gael Cameron and Nathan Gallagher’s love story.
“This past charter season has been one of the toughest times in my entire life,” Nathan said in the sneak peek. “I thought that I was going to come on as a first-time bosun and kill it. Boy, was I wrong.
“But, in the end, it just turned out to be the best because of this,” the Irish yachty continued before turning toward Gael’s baby bump.
Nathan Gallagher & Gael Cameron reunite in Below Deck Med Season 10
Nathan and Gael were introduced to each other during Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9, when they were working as deckhands on the Mustique. The couple ended that charter season on a seemingly good note and embarked on a weeks-long travel adventure before ultimately calling it quits.
The Season 10 trailer found Nathan returning to his playboy escapades, as he was seen in multiple makeout sessions aboard the Bravado. The preview then showed Gael reuniting with Nathan before confronting him over his behavior.

“You hurt me so much,” she said during an emotional exchange. “And not only did you hurt me the first time, you hurt me again and again.”
Nathan later confessed that “having empty hookups was not fulfilling” — a revelation that undoubtedly led to his and Gael’s reconciliation.

The couple confirmed their rekindled romance in September 2024, less than seven months before Gael announced she and Nathan were expecting baby No. 1.
“We’re beyond excited to share our adventures with our tiny travel buddy,” she told The Daily Dish.
The couple welcomed their baby boy, Kayden, in late June and have been going strong ever since. Gael shared another family update on August 27 as she celebrated two months as a first-time mom.

“How has another month flown by?” she captioned the Reel, which included adorable clips of her life with Nathan and little Kayden. “2 months of growing up and raising you. I’ve always said ‘no one will ever love you more than your mother’ but there’s now an even deeper meaning to that statement. I know this boy will be so loved in his life – but no one would be capable of loving of protecting the way that his Mumma does. Love you always baby boy.”
