However, a month after announcing her resignation, several Samsung employees saw the ex-manager at a trade show approaching former customers on behalf of her new company’s direct competitor, Midea, the international electronics giant has alleged in a new lawsuit. Samsung launched an investigation into what the employee was up to and claims that it learned the employee secretly forwarded spreadsheets with Samsung’s sales data to a personal email address before leaving the company.
