Jordan Belfort’s former Long Island mansion has found a new owner.

A Staten Island couple paid $6.9 million in an off-market deal for the sprawling property at 5 Pin Oak Court in Glen Head, according to Douglas Elliman’s Joe Scavo, who represented the sellers.

Belfort — the stockbroker-turned-fraudster who inspired Martin Scorsese’s 2013 film “The Wolf of Wall Street” — lived in the 8,700-square-foot home with his wife, Nadine Macaluso, during the height of his career in the 1990s.

The federal government seized the property and sold it in 2001, two years after he was convicted of securities fraud. Belfort, played by Leonardo DiCaprio in Scorsese’s iconic movie, served nearly two years in federal prison before he was released in 2006.

The home’s latest sellers bought the two-acre estate in 2018 for $2.4 million, down $1 million from its asking price when it hit the market the year prior.

The sellers renovated the five-bedroom, six-bathroom home soon after purchasing it, though they kept some of its original details, such as the mahogany doors and marble floor in the dining room.

Scavo said he was preparing to list the property when he met the buyers on a tour of another home in the area.

“That property didn’t speak to them,” Scavo said. “As the buyer was explaining to me what they really wanted, it dawned on me. I told them right then and there, ‘I have what you’re looking for.’”

Scavo said the buyers, who were represented by ReMax Elite’s Kerry DeBellis, plan to do their own renovation.

The home also features a three-car garage, home gym, wine cellar and glass-encased racquetball court. On the grounds of the property are a heated saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen, putting green and treehouse.

Belfort, who is now a motivational speaker and married to Argentine model Cristina Invernizzi, owns an oceanfront home in Hermosa Beach in California, though he appears to have moved to Miami in 2021.
