The deal will provide Concierge Auctions members access to, among other products, Luxury Presence’s advanced website design, hosting, and SEO services. Luxury Presence customers will have the opportunity to promote sales in an auction environment.

Concierge Auctions has found a website development and digital marketing partner in Luxury Presence, according to a Jan. 29 statement sent to Inman.

The two companies have agreed to work together in what’s being called a strategic partnership.

The deal will provide Concierge Auctions members access to, among other products, Luxury Presence’s advanced website design, hosting, and SEO services. In turn, Luxury Presence customers — typically top-producing agents and brokerages — will have the opportunity to promote sales in the former’s proven auction environment.

“The combined offerings further enable real estate professionals to maximize their digital presence and engage high-net-worth buyers worldwide,” the release stated.

The firms will work closely together on a number of marketing initiatives to augment the joint initiative as it evolves. It’s a very common sense agreement, as the two companies essentially share a customer base.

Chad Roffers is CEO of Concierge Auctions and said in a statement it only makes sense for the “only real estate auction company to partner with a listing agent on every sale,” to seek a proven technology partner.

“This partnership underscores our commitment to providing cutting-edge resources to help our agents thrive in the digital landscape and reach their most discerning clients,” Roffers said.

Concierge Auctions was acquired by Sotheby’s and Realogy, now Anywhere, in 2021 and is often seen attached to Sotheby’s. The company states that it operates independently, however, “for Sotheby’s International Realty listings and companies, Concierge Auctions provides Sotheby’s brand exclusivity as Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions.”

Luxury Presence has evolved from a high-end website development firm to an enterprise provider of marketing platforms and digital business systems. Its core offering remains its lead gen-driven and brand-forward websites. Its CEO, Malte Kramer, won an Inman Best of Proptech award in 2024.

The company most recently announced it will build private listing networks for its brokerage partners. With the rollout, agents will be able to promote, share and serve homesellers and buyers within a single unified marketing ecosystem.

“Partnering with Concierge Auctions allows us to bring our digital expertise to a broader audience of luxury agents,” said Kramer in the press release. “Auctions build interest and competition for real estate in a finite time period, just as they do for expensive art, cars, yachts, and antiques. Together, we’re creating new ways for agents to elevate their marketing capabilities and connect with clients in today’s competitive market.”
