The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday declined the Trump administration’s requests to put on hold three pending environmental cases due to reconsideration of Biden-era government policy, rebuffing acting U.S. Solicitor General Sarah Harris.
At the same time, the court granted Harris’ request to pause a separate case involving student loan repayments. The court did not explain its reasons for the orders in any of the four cases.
