    The U.S. Department of Justice has temporarily agreed not to publicly release the names of FBI special agents who investigated the U.S. Capitol attack of Jan. 6, 2021.

    A consent order between the Justice Department and plaintiffs’ attorneys defused the urgency of the litigation, according to a consent order signed Friday by U.S. District Judge Jia M. Cobb.
