According to TMZ, the former Don’t Be Tardy couple, who are in the process of getting divorced, sold their home for $2.75 million in January. The sale comes more than a year after Page Six reported that Kroy and Kim had listed the 9,500-square-foot home for $6 million.

Kim’s daughter Ariana Biermann took to her Instagram in late December 2024 to say goodbye to the home, revealing how the family had removed all their belongings.”Last Christmas in my childhood home,” the influencer wrote in the caption of the Instagram which showed her embracing her four younger siblings, Kaia Biermann, Kroy “KJ” Biermann, Kash Biermann, and Kane Biermann. “Thank you God for all the amazing memories [with] my family … goodbye.”

Details on Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s house

After Kim and Kroy tied the knot in November 2011, they purchased the property in 2012. The home features seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a six-car garage, a movie theater, a home gym, and a resort-like backyard.

In 2014, Kim gave BravoTV.com an exclusive tour of the family’s “dream home,” revealing a slew of intriguing details about the sprawling estate. In addition to showing off the stunning foyer and luxurious sitting room, Kim also showed off the jaw-dropping backyard area, which features an in-ground pool, basketball court, and plenty of space for lounging.

Ariana Biermann opens up about Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s separation

A few weeks before Ariana shared the video above of her and her family’s emotional move from the home, she took to her TikTok page to share why her parents’ split has been the “worst thing” ever. (Kroy and Kim filed for divorce in May 2023. Though they briefly called off the split that summer, they’re still currently separated).

“You know when you’re younger, like 10, and you think about divorce… You’re like, ‘Oh my God, two Christmases, two vacations, two birthday gifts, fun time, extra food on Thanksgiving… What a fun time,” she shared at the beginning of her video.

She continued, “And then you grow up, and then you’re an adult, and then it actually happens. And then you’re like, ‘Oh s–t. Divorce f–king sucks. Oh my God. This is actually the worst thing that’s ever happened, for everyone involved.'”
