Stellantis has expanded its business-to-business (B2B) ecommerce platform in North America, providing repair shops, dealerships, and fleet operators with access to 1 million reconditioned service parts across 35 product lines.

Stellantis is a manufacturer that sells vehicles under brands including Jeep, Dodge, and Chrysler. In 2023, Stellantis had global sales of $204 billion and sold 6.4 million vehicles.

How Stellantis is using B2B ecommerce

As part of this expansion, Stellantis has enhanced its B-Parts’ ecommerce capabilities, offering a streamlined procurement process for certified used auto parts. Less than six months after launch, B-Parts now stocks over 1 million original used parts, sourced from more than 10 states and compatible with over 60 car brands.

Stellantis acquired B-Parts in 2020, primarily to leverage B-Parts’ expertise as a leading online marketplace for used automotive parts, allowing Stellantis to offer a more sustainable and cost-effective option for vehicle maintenance through remanufactured parts, the company says.

The updated Stellantis B2B ecommerce platform is designed to meet the growing demand for cost-effective and sustainable vehicle repair solutions. Remanufactured parts, rigorously assessed to meet OEM standards, provide a reliable and environmentally responsible alternative to new components. B-Parts complements this offering by supplying original used parts from certified dismantler centers, ensuring affordability and accessibility for business customers.

B-Parts’ digital marketplace allows businesses to source components with features such as:

    • Multiple payment options
    • Bulk order capabilities
    • A 14-day return policy.

It processes orders with a six-month warranty and delivers them within five days, ensuring minimal downtime for repair operations.
