Travelers will soon have many more options for their beach getaways from Atlanta.

Frontier Airlines just announced nine new destinations from the busiest airport in the country, including flights to Honduras and Aruba, beginning in late May and early June.

The discount carrier will launch three flights weekly to San Pedro Sula (SAP) in Honduras from Atlanta (ATL). Travelers can purchase introductory fare tickets starting at $29.

Frontier will also begin flights to Aruba (AUA) weekly from Atlanta after a pause in that route. On the domestic front, Frontier also announced new routes connecting Atlanta to Oklahoma City, Kansas City, Ft. Myers, St. Louis, Jacksonville, Palm Beach, and Columbus, Ohio.

“We are thrilled to partner with the leadership at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to significantly grow our operations and bring more low-cost flight options to Atlanta consumers,” James Dempsey, president of Frontier Airlines, shared in a statement to Travel + Leisure. “Not only are we committed to making flying affordable, but we are on a mission to deliver a better flight experience with many new enhancements coming in the next year, including a first-class seat option.”

The new Frontier routes offer new options for travelers departing from Atlanta to access Caribbean beaches this summer. San Pedro Sula is Honduras’ main transportation hub in the northwest of the country, serving as a gateway to places like Copan with its Mayan archaeological site, the beaches of Tela on the Caribbean coast, and Roatan, which is known for its scuba diving around the Mesoamerican Reef.

Aruba is known for its long white beaches, local flamingo population, coral reefs, and varied nightlife. The island is also home to a wide selection of family friendly all-inclusive resorts, including the luxury all-inclusive Barceló Aruba.
