    Big Law Firms Urge Delaware Legislature to Pass Sweeping Amendments to Corporate Law

    Twenty-one Big Law firms expressed support for Delaware Senate Bill 21, which proposes controversial changes to the state’s corporate code, in a letter sent Tuesday to legislators and Gov. Matt Meyer.

    Among the signatories of the letter in support of the bill, which is scheduled to be considered Wednesday afternoon before the Senate Judiciary Committee, are 19 AmLaw 50 firms, including Kirkland & Ellis, Latham & Watkins and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
