Porsha Williams and Dennis McKinley have dropped another masterclass in co-parenting.
Although they’ve had their fair share of ups and downs, The Real Housewives of Atlanta parents have sustained a united front for their daughter, Pilar Jhena “PJ” McKinley. We’ve seen the ex-couple come together for their little girl’s sports games, ballet recitals, and holiday celebrations, proving they will always put their child first no matter what issues may arise between them.
Porsha and Dennis celebrate PJ’s 6th birthday with her classmates
Porsha and Dennis shared another look at their dynamic in a March 21 Instagram post, just a day before PJ turned 6 years old.
“School Birthday Jam for ‘PJ’!” Porsha captioned the carousel. “Pj said mommy it’s ‘PJ Day’ because it’s pajama day at school and it’s my birthday! Her official Birthday Party is tomorrow and we can’t wait!!”
As seen in the post, Porsha and Dennis headed to PJ’s school for an early birthday celebration with her classmates. The parents, who were also rocking pajamas and loungewear, arrived with festive mylar balloons shaped like stars and the numeral “6.”
The third slide showed the family sitting in front of the classroom as Porsha read aloud Bunny with a Big Heart, a Zoe Waring children’s book about a rabbit named PJ. And, yes, it was as adorable as it sounds.

Porsha’s mom, Diane Williams, also attended the in-class celebration and snapped a few photos with her granddaughter.
Inside Porsha and PJ’s “pre-birthday vacay”
Days before the “school birthday jam,” Porsha and PJ headed to Miami for a pre-birthday getaway. The Atlanta mom shared the mommy-daughter trip in a March 18 Instagram Reel, showcasing their fun yet luxurious stay at the Roney Palace. Porsha and PJ enjoyed delicious meals; relaxing pool days; impromptu dance parties; and, of course, time on the beach.
“Mommy & me pre-birthday Vacay!!” Porsha wrote in the post. “My new travel buddy no more solo trips ! My whittle ‘PJ’ Pilar Jhena.”
Would Porsha get back together with Dennis?
Following the RHOA Season 16 premiere, Porsha appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, where she was asked about her relationship with Dennis.
“It’s good,” she said before referencing her ongoing divorce from Simon Guobadia. “It’s always good when I’m single. We’re gonna see when I get somebody, but it’s good.”
So, could that “somebody” possibly be Dennis? Porsha flat-out rejected the idea.
“No, no, no,” she said when a fan asked if she saw herself getting back together with Dennis. “I’ve tried, I’ve thought about it, I’ve prayed about it. It’s just not in the stars for us… His DMs are already popping.”
