Digital marketing agency Human Element is forging a new partnership with Znode, a B2B ecommerce platform, aiming to offer enhanced digital commerce programs for manufacturers and distributors.
The collaboration merges Human Element’s two decades of ecommerce consulting and development experience with Znode’s API-first, headless platform designed specifically for B2B transactions. The companies said that through the partnership, they intend to simplify complex digital transformations for businesses that require scalable and customizable ecommerce infrastructures.
Human Element and Znode partnership
Znode’s platform includes over 1,200 API endpoints and supports multi-store management, product information management, and advanced site search capabilities. Its headless architecture allows businesses to decouple front-end presentation from back-end functionality. That, it says, makes integration with existing enterprise systems such as ERPs and CRMs more efficient.
Human Element is based in Ann Arbor and has built numerous ecommerce applications since 2004. Znode also cited the agency’s experience in integrating third-party systems as a key factor in the partnership.
“What makes Human Element a great partner is their consultative approach,” says Jeff Seidel, enterprise partner manager at Znode. “They understand the headless architecture and are able to guide clients through the implementation process.”
Ben Lorenz, managing partner at Human Element, said the partnership addresses increasing demand from B2B clients for flexible and scalable digital commerce platforms.
Znode is a product of Amla Commerce and is used by manufacturers and distributors seeking customizable ecommerce solutions.
The companies have not disclosed any financial terms or client projects associated with the new partnership.
