Connie Stevens has put her house in a gated suburban enclave of Los Angeles up for sale, while Muse frontman Matt Bellamy and Wonder Woman director Patty Stevens have also decided to say goodbye to their deluxe digs in other parts of the city.

Hollywood icon Connie Stevens—best known for her role as Cricket Blake on the TV series Hawaiian Eye and the hit song Sixteen Reasons—has hoisted her longtime home in the L.A. suburb of Calabasas on the market at a dash over $3 million, around $845,000 more than she paid back in 2017. Custom-built in the 1990s and resting on a cul-de-sac parcel spanning nearly two acres, the five-bedroom residence offers almost 5,800 square feet of sun-drenched living space accessed via a soaring glass-lined entry foyer. A fireside music room currently holds a Steinway piano, while a cozy family room has a rustic stone fireplace and French doors spilling out to wisteria-laced grounds with alfresco lounging and entertaining spots. Stevens, 86, suffered a massive stroke in 2016 and is currently in assisted living, according to her daughter, actress Joely Fisher.

Over in West Hollywood, Grammy-winning musician and real estate investor Matt Bellamy has stuck a $4.4 million price tag on one of the many properties he owns around L.A., this one a corner unit in the star-studded Sierra Towers skyscraper that was previously occupied by former talk show host Ellen DeGeneres from 2003 to 2006. The frontman for the British rock band Muse, who is married to actress and model Elle Evans, acquired the 18th-floor pied-à-terre in late 2018 for $3.7 million. Roughly 1,600 square feet includes just one bedroom—a primary suite with a faux living wall and access to a wraparound balcony—but the open-plan great room comes with a handy Murphy bed for guests. There’s also a dining area next to a sleek Bulthaup kitchen sporting a wine fridge.

And word on the leafy streets of Santa Monica has it that the high-powered writer/director behind the 2017 blockbuster film Wonder Woman starring Gal Gadot is preparing to fly out of a charming 1920s English-style cottage she’s occupied since 2021. Patty Jenkins—you also might be familiar with her work on Monster, Arrested Development, Entourage, and The Killing—is seeking $4.7 million for the three-bedroom dwelling, which features more than 1,800 square feet rife with wood-beam ceilings, arched doorways, and skylights. The step-down living room has a colorful tile fireplace and an arched picture window overlooking the surrounding greenery; a kitchen comes with top-tier stainless appliances and a powder blue breakfast nook banquette flowing out to a patio; and a primary suite with an updated bath opens to a hedge-lined backyard complete with a garden and vine-covered pergola.
