Since separating from Brittany Cartwright in February 2024, Jax Taylor has tried to keep a low profile in his dating life.
The Valley cast member has sparked some dating rumors in the year since his split, but he set the record straight on his current relationship status in an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish.
“No,” he said in April 2025 when asked if he is seeing anyone in particular at the moment. “Dating is the last thing on my mind right now.”

Jax previously opened up about the prospect of dating on the March 20 episode of his podcast, In the Mind of a Man with Jax Taylor.
“I am in no way, shape, or form interested in a relationship,” the Vanderpump Rules alum admitted to his guest, Dr. Emily Morse, who is a sex therapist. “Unfortunately, my ex-wife and I, we went our separate ways. So, of course when you come out — and this goes for her too — I want her to go out, explore, and have fun because it didn’t work for either of us. So, no, I’m not looking for a relationship right now, but at the same time [do you say], ‘I’m glad you’re here, I don’t want to date you, but let’s have sex?'”
“I don’t want to lie to these girls, I just don’t want to hurt their feelings,” he continued. “It’s more about that.”

Jax’s estranged wife, who officially filed for divorce in August 2024, is also single.
“I do have a couple of crushes,” Brittany said during an appearance on the Housewives Nightcap podcast in April 2025. “I say a couple of crushes. I don’t really know how to explain it.”
She hasn’t gotten in anything serious yet, but she has been dating.
“I have been on some dates and stuff,” she added.

Brittany’s past romantic connection to Jax’s former friend, Julian Sensley, is already a major talking point on The Valley Season 2 (which premiered on April 15). Their fling upset Jax, who found out that the two were still in communication when he saw messages between them on the family’s iPad.
“He did make me feel good, and it was like, I needed that. I had no confidence anymore,” Brittany said on The Valley After Show about Julian. “And I did enjoy my time with him.”
However, their short-lived romance wasn’t meant to be.
“He lied to me about so much,” Brittany concluded.
