Audi has issued a recall for 313 Q6 e-tron and SQ6 e-tron SUVs from model year 2025 because their rearview cameras may show a blurry image.
The company tells federal safety officials that the factory skipped a step – plasma cleaning of the cameras – during production. That may have prevented adhesives from fully sealing the camera housing. Moisture can get in, clouding the lens.
Audi is not aware of any accidents or injuries related to the problem.
Dealers will replace the cameras to fix the issue.
