Logistics and fulfillment platform ShipBob has partnered with online marketplace Temu to enable small and mid-sized U.S. businesses to connect directly with new buyers and manage order fulfillment without modifying their existing warehouse operations.

Through the integration, ShipBob merchants can now link their accounts with Temu to synchronize product listings, inventory levels, order data, and shipping information.

The companies will use existing inventory stored in ShipBob’s U.S.-based warehouse network to fulfill orders consumers place on Temu. They will do so without requiring separate order management systems or third-party middleware.

Temu ranks No. 14 in Digital Commerce 360’s Global Online Marketplaces Database. The database ranks the 100 largest such marketplaces by third-party gross merchandise value (GMV).

How ShipBob and Temu are working together

Temu began allowing U.S. sellers on its platform in 2024 and has since expanded its customer base. The partnership allows sellers to process orders and manage fulfillment directly through the ShipBob platform.

ShipBob provides a range of ecommerce services, including order fulfillment, warehousing, inventory management, and shipping. Its platform offers real-time inventory tracking across multiple locations, automated distribution to optimal warehouses, and tools for inventory replenishment. The company also supports returns management and provides shipping options such as two-day delivery.

The platform integrates with ecommerce systems including Shopify, BigCommerce, and Wix. It also supports B2B order fulfillment, including wholesale and retail drop-shipping. Businesses using ShipBob can access reporting tools to monitor metrics and performance and use customization features for packaging and labeling.

“ShipBob’s direct integration with Temu ensures all of our orders are processed timely and accurately,” says Kevin Wang, senior program manager at WYZE, a Seattle-based smart home company.

Temu says the collaboration is intended to simplify fulfillment for sellers and improve operational management.
