Dolores Catania has added another accolade to her already impressive resume.
On Tuesday, June 3, The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member shared an inside look at her new role with Renuvion, a renowned cosmetic surgery brand that launched in 2018. The company recently appointed Dolores as its first-ever “Chief of Confidence,” enlisting her to appear in various marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and in-person engagements.
Dolores’ latest Renuvion gig took her to Miami Swim Week 2025, where she helped promote the brand’s “Lose the Loose” campaign. As part of her duties, Dolores attended the Renuvion runway show alongside The Real Housewives of Miami’s Guerdy Abraira, who also landed a partnership with the company.
Dolores documented the experience in a June 3 Instagram post that included a few clips of the fashion show and photos of her and Guerdy posing with models.
“So proud to stand as [Renuvion]’s Chief of Confidence- celebrating innovation, beauty, and the power of feeling your best!” Dolores captioned the carousel. “What better way to start Miami Swim Week than reuniting with my girl [Guerdy Abraira].”
Dolores Catania opens up about her skin-tightening cosmetic procedure
Renuvion is a minimally invasive procedure that uses radiofrequency and helium plasma to tighten loose skin. Dolores received the treatment in October 2024 after having liposuction and getting on Ozempic.
“Well, because for a long time now I’ve been looking for something for skin tightening,” she told The Daily Dish this past November. “Anybody who’s been doing plastic surgery as long as I have, I have to say, I’m pretty lucky — except for the fact that back when we were getting liposuction years ago, no one warned us about the loose skin that would follow it.”
She continued: “I had read about Renuvion. It seemed to be the latest and greatest. The science was behind it. It’s FDA-cleared. It targets the spots by tightening the skin and not leaving so much scar tissue. So, it really interested me. And when I went in and I spoke to Dr. [Joshua] Zuckerman, he had me convinced that this was the treatment for me [and] what I was looking for.”

Guerdy shared her Renuvion experience in a May 29 Instagram Reel in which she explained her decision to undergo body contouring. The Housewife’s breast implants were removed after she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023. Guerdy said the reconstruction surgery left her with “leftover fat pockets” and excess skin under her arms, which admittedly took a toll on her confidence.
“Even though I feel strong and healthy today, this one area still makes me feel self-conscious,” she said more than a year after going into remission. “I’m partnering with Renuvion not just for physical transformation but for myself, my confidence, because I believe in showing up for yourself at every stage of life, even the post-cancer, post-menopause version.”
