Porsche has recalled 284 Taycan electric vehicles (EVs), Panamera sedans, and Panamera E-Hybrids from the 2025 model year because their pneumatic struts can lose air pressure.
Porsche says that a retaining ring at the top of each suspension strut may be loose due to a manufacturing error at a supplier. If it comes off, the strut can deflate. That will cause a stiff, jarring ride and may leave one corner of the vehicle sitting lower than the others.
Owners might see a suspension error warning message as the problem develops.
Dealers will fix the problem by reattaching the retaining ring.
As with all recall repairs, the fix is free. Manufacturers attempt to contact every owner but don’t always reach them all with the news. Find out if your car has any outstanding recalls at our recall center.
