In a multi-year, cross-country dispute over distribution rights worth approximately $1 billion, Kirkland & Ellis secured a win for client Dr Pepper / Seven Up Inc., a wholly owned affiliate of Keurig Dr Pepper, in a case against its distributor, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling LLC.
