Inside a new twisting tower in Dubai, the Mandarin Oriental is setting up shop.

The luxe hotel brand just announced that it is opening its second property in the U.A.E. city, with doors opening to guests this coming October. Known as the Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai, the accommodations will be housed in the visually striking Wasl Tower.

At the new spot, you can expect 259 rooms and suites, complete with sweeping city vistas and the Arabian Gulf. Modern design elements paired with warm pops of color can be seen throughout each space, too. Outside your room’s four walls, you can check out the two-story spa, with a variety of treatments on offer, as well as an outdoor lap pool. On the food front, the new hotel will offer up 10 spots for you to grab a bite or a drink, including Yù & Mì, a Chinese eatery inspired by 1960s Hong Kong, and Chitarra, an ode to Italian pasta.

The Wasl Tower, home to the new Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai.

If you’re looking for a more permanent stay, Mandarin Oriental has you covered there, too. The hotelier’s first branded residences in Dubai will also be located in the Wasl Tower, with 224 up for grabs, joining the company’s other residences dotted around the world from New York City to Miami. More recently, Mandarin Oriental debuted homes at its Grand Cayman locale. Along with other options, buyers can snag an Ocean House Residence, perched on ocean cliffs, for anywhere from $6 million to over $12 million.

As for the building itself, Wasl Tower stands at nearly 1,000 feet tall, with 64 floors to its name, and is home to the region’s tallest ceramic façade. And that twisted design—crafted by architectural firm UNStudio—isn’t just an aesthetic appeal: The building’s form is equipped with “fins,” which optimize air flow for natural cooling, as well as other energy-efficient tech. In additional to the new Mandarin Oriental, the edifice will also have office space and restaurants.

To book your stay at the new property, head to the Mandarin Oriental’s website.
