And for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), the risk is even more prominent. Globally, the HNWI population is booming, with a 2.6% increase in 2024, according to Capgemini – with research from Campden highlighting that over 25% of these HNWIs, or HNW family businesses, have fallen victim to cyberattacks.
