This ultimate Christmas package will leave you with more than just visions of sugar plums dancing in your head.
The Mark (which is one of Robb Report’s Best Luxury Hotels in New York City) just dreamed up a festive two-night experience for a few guests in the Big Apple, in which you’ll make the hotel’s 10,000-square-foot penthouse your home base. From there, you can partake in a gaggle of exclusive holiday activities—including a private performance of The Nutcracker, right in your room.
The $250,000 package kicks things off the moment you arrive, with monogrammed stockings hung above the penthouse’s fireplace for each family member. There will also be a Christmas tree ready for you to decorate: You can opt to pre-select ornaments from Bergdorf Goodman to be delivered right to your door, or be whisked away to the department store in person to check out the selection for yourself. While you adorn your tree, a live pianist will fill the room with festive carols, and the Mark’s Grand Cru Hot Chocolate cart will serve cozy drinks for children. (For the adults looking for something a tad stronger, you can indulge in some Champagne.)

Then, dinner will be served in the penthouse’s dining room, with items picked by the team at the Jean-Georges restaurant on the property. For dessert, you’ll get to decorate (and enjoy) Christmas cookies, too, alongside the fire as holiday movies play in the background.
The next day is chock-full of experiences, including that evening performance of The Nutcracker. Before that, though, you’ll get to spend the day skating around on the private ice rink on the penthouse terrace. Then, you can enjoy a dinner featuring tasty morsels from Caviar Kaspia. Afterward, you can head back out to the rink for a nighttime adventure, complete with more hot chocolate to keep warm, of course. The package also includes in-suite massages, access to the Frédéric Fekkai salon, and more.

Even without any added holiday cheer, the Mark’s penthouse is also pretty impressive in its own right. Designed by French creative Jacques Grange, the bright space spans two floors and is home to three king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, and six bathrooms. In addition to a dining space for 12, there’s also a library lounge and private rooftop terrace access that offers up sweeping views of Central Park and Manhattan, too.
If you’re interested in trying out the Night Before Christmas at the Mark Penthouse Package (which is only available in December and must be booked 72 hours in advance), head to the property’s website to learn more.
