    “In an ideal world, the administration and Senators Kim and Booker would put their heads together and come up with a list of names who are mutually acceptable. But no one is holding their breath for that,” said Micah Rasmussen, director of the Rebovich Institute for New Jersey Politics at Rider University in Lawrenceville.
